Manage Projects on SharePoint

PM Guide - Contents

May-312010

On May 19th I started a series of blog articles titled, A Project Management Guide for Mere Mortals, but I got distracted!  Today is a quiet day – Memorial Day in the US – so I get a chance to catch-up on overdue items!  Today I worked on a process outline for the guide – see below.  This then becomes the table of contents for the next few articles – that I promise to finish before June is out.  As said before, feedback is very welcome.  Remember as you give feedback that we are seeking to provide a simple guide – not a very detailed guide – as plenty of those exist already.
