The BrightWork team have put in a lot of effort into updating our customer training materials.  The project is almost complete and most of the materials are already live.  It was a large task – but it was so worth it.  The training is by role – so each guide is not cluttered with too much material.  Each role then has a guide and a sample site in which to carry out the exercises.  The sample site can also be downloaded locally, so customers can setup a local training environment on their own servers.  Customers can also get access to the source of the training documents to make local modifications to accommodate local work and project management processes.  All the training materials contain more than feature training.  They are laid out with project and portfolio management as the back bone – so the features have context.  These materials are a great source of user adoption help for our BrightWork customers and partners.
