The recent releases of Microsoft Project Desktop, Project Server 2010, and SharePoint 2010 offer extensive capabilities and each provides a powerful solution for successfully managing your projects. But with so many features available right out of the box, a question looms over project teams: What Microsoft product, or mix of products, should we use and when?  This session will inform you how to reach the best answer to that question for your organization.

In the second part of her discussion, Brittany will walk through and demo 4-stage, project management implementation plan utilizing Project Desktop and SharePoint 2010, which, when deployed, will lead to exceptional performance for organizations.
