Naturally enough this article has nothing to do with the Royal Wedding – except that I wonder was I in the minority not watching it today and working instead! I did of course think about the young prince who has progressed to marriage and it only seems a few short years since he was in the press as a youngster. The cycle of life wheels on. Enough!

A customer asked us to walk them through the lifecycle of Project Management – from the idea of a project – through the approval and initiation – and then onto the project setup, launch and management and eventual close. The customer also wanted us to cover this in the context of using SharePoint. It was a very relevant topic to cover.
