I have met so many organizations who have very little project or portfolio management deployed.  It can be tough to get going.  It can be daunting looking at the load that needs to be done.  They seem to be caught in the headlights.  They do not seem to be able to do a “little and often”.  They do not seem to believe that “continuous improvement is better than delayed perfection”.  They seem to forget that “Rome as not built in a day"!  Enough of the clichés, Eamonn!
