One of the many ways that your Customer Success Team at BrightWork helps to ensure customer success is with what we term the "Health Check." This no-cost 1 hour consultative service for current customers, helps to ensure that the customer has a vision and plan for how to improve on a go forward basis. The key decisions are documented in what we refer to as an "Iteration Plan", simply an outline of the objectives and deliverables a customer would like to implement in their next internal release or refresh of BrightWork.
The meeting agenda typically covers the following:
• Discussion: Your deployment so far, your goals, upgrade plan, and iteration plan.
• Diagnosis: Evaluation of what could be improved. Optional review of your site collection design via web conference.
• Prescription: (1) What we can do as follow-up to help you cure any issues, and (2) Good next steps for growth.
