No project will go according to plan. Ever. But that’s why we need Project Managers – to track, manage and re-plan the project as necessary and keep everything running smoothly.
But projects can be unpredictable; sometimes something unexpected will happen mid-to-late in the project’s lifecycle that the PM has no control over. A good PM, however, will be aware of and manage the risks and issues and take mitigating actions along the way. This way, the PM will spot the possibility of trouble as soon as it comes up, even it hasn’t happened yet. They’ll be ready for any issues as soon as they arise, so you won’t be “screaming for help!” like this guy!
Don’t let your project be a disaster! Get the ability to capture and organize project issues, risks, goals, tasks and manage a successful project with Free SharePoint Project Management Template from BrightWork!
